Whitney is a firm believer that the power behind any organization is its employees. She has notable experience in staffing, performance management, training and development, process implementation, coaching and developing company culture. She is particularly motivated to ensure all employees at Rhymetec experience a positive and supportive workplace.
When away from her desk she enjoys being physically active with her family, specifically finding new hiking trails. Born and raised in the Rockies, Whitney enjoys traveling, music, sports and chasing her twins around. She was made for sunshine and cold weather, forever calling Colorado home.
