As Chief Information Security Officer, Metin Kortak leads Rhymetec’s global security and compliance strategy, ensuring clients operate with confidence and trust.

He joined Rhymetec in 2017 to expand the company’s compliance and data privacy offerings, establishing programs that now serve hundreds of SaaS clients globally. CISSP-certified and a CMMC Registered Practitioner (RP), Metin brings expertise across frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, FEDRAMP, and GDPR, driving a proactive and methodical approach to managing risk and advancing Rhymetec’s security leadership.

Having been with Rhymetec since its early stages, Carla provides vital strategic support to the CEO and maintains the operational rhythm of the organization.

Given her tenure at Rhymetec, she's played a pivotal role in ensuring business priorities are executed with precision while driving the initiatives that shape the company’s internal culture. Beyond executive support, she plays a key role in the employee experience and ensuring the team remains aligned and connected as Rhymetec scales.

Christian leads Rhymetec’s Offensive Security program, guiding advanced penetration testing and application security programs that help clients stay ahead of evolving threats.

A CISSP-certified professional, he directs all offensive security initiatives, driving program strategy, service development, and team performance to ensure exceptional technical and business outcomes. Under his leadership, the program has expanded its capabilities across advanced testing methodologies and continuous security validation.

Nicole Shorette drives Rhymetec’s go-to-market strategy, amplifying the company’s voice and connecting its mission to build the future of cybersecurity with the audiences who need it most.

Since joining in 2022, she has built a marketing foundation that strengthens Rhymetec’s visibility, credibility, and thought leadership. Nicole translates Rhymetec’s complex cybersecurity solutions into measurable business value for clients and partners, positioning the company as a trusted industry leader.

Kyle Jones leads the development of client programs that strengthen security posture and operational maturity across the SaaS ecosystem.

With a background in systems administration and certifications including CISSP, AWS Security Specialty, and ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer, Kyle applies deep technical expertise to deliver scalable security solutions tailored to client needs.

Endri Domi oversees key areas of security operations, compliance delivery, and client success, ensuring programs run with precision and trust.

Endri holds certifications as an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, and Leadership Principles from Harvard Business School Online. Since joining in 2018, he has helped scale internal processes and drive consistent program excellence. Chris leads Rhymetec’s sales team, bringing deep experience in navigating the modern cybersecurity and compliance landscape.

Drawing on his extensive knowledge of the compliance ecosystem, with a successful background at industry leaders such as Intercom and Vanta, Chris leverages his frontline expertise to mentor the sales team and help clients identify the strategic security solutions needed to protect their business and accelerate growth.

With over seven years of experience across high-end agencies and in-house roles, Sara specializes in making complex cybersecurity and compliance topics clear, approachable, and relevant for customers navigating evolving security requirements.

By working closely with sales, go-to-market, and partnership teams, Sara amplifies Rhymetec’s mission—bridging the gap between technical innovation and measurable business value.
