Endri is an Information Security Manager. He is responsible for overseeing the performance of the security team. He monitors key metrics, coordinates audits, and collaborates with Senior Program Managers to ensure timely delivery and adherence to customer agreements and security standards. Additionally, he manages customer relations, focusing on retention and satisfaction while addressing issues related to compliance, training, and project progress. He has a dual background in engineering, which has served as a solid foundation for his professional journey. He is also certified as an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, and Leadership Principles from Harvard Business School Online.
Endri has been with Rhymetec for over six years, having a front seat to see the amazing transformation of what the company has accomplished. In his spare time, he enjoys outdoor activities, and hiking is definitely at the top of his list. Fun fact: Endri was also an NYPD police officer for over 7 years!
