His understanding of industry trends has allowed him to stay on top of the latest security threats and match them with the most innovative and best-of-breed solutions, products and solutions. In 2015 Justin founded Rhymetec to focus exclusively on cybersecurity and develop the most secure, simplified and innovative cybersecurity solutions. He advises his clients to adopt cutting-edge technology before it becomes mainstream, resulting in the most secure and cost-effective technology that scales with a client’s business. Justin currently resides in Brooklyn, NY. He has traveled to over 30 countries, spent vast amounts of time working internationally. Justin’s progressive beliefs extend beyond technology to his personal life as he is always in pursuit of personal progress and innovation. Some of his interests include science and technology, global sustainability, cycling around NYC, social entrepreneurship, film, and fitness.

Metin Kortak began his journey at Rhymetec in 2017 as the Chief Information Security Officer, where he provides greater strategic direction among Rhymetec’s security and compliance teams and across the business as a whole. He started his career in IT Security and gained extensive knowledge of compliance and data privacy frameworks such as SOC; ISO 27001; PCI; FEDRAMP; NIST 800-53; GDPR; CCPA; HITRUST; and HIPAA. Metin joined Rhymetec with the goal of building a Data Privacy and Compliance-as-a-Service offering. Under his leadership, these programs have grown to help more than 200 start-up and SaaS-based clients globally, allowing Rhymetec to be recognized as an innovative and industry-leading SaaS security service provider. Metin splits his time between his homes in California and New York City, and in his free time, he enjoys traveling, exercising, and spending quality time with his friends.

Louis Sanchez has worked in the general information technology field for over 15 years ago. Starting at desktop support, and moving through network and server administration, he eventually found his passion in cyber security. This has provided him with the breadth of knowledge required to understand the workings of devices, communication, and data through it’s natural lifecycle. He’s obtained several certifications, including CISSP and OSCP. He was one of the first professionals to earn a Metasploit Professional certification. Louis is located in Buffalo with his wife and new addition to their family a baby boy. Him and his wife also have three dogs. Some of his hobbies include reading, hiking, and playing video games.

Nicole is the GTM Director at Rhymetec. She joined the team in early 2022 with the mission to establish an impactful and dynamic marketing program that would help build brand awareness, drive engagement within Rhymetec’s communities and materialize Rhymetec’s leadership within the cloud security space. Nicole has over six years of marketing experience. She has utilized her skills across various industries, including trade shows and consumer shows, educational conferences, print and publications, and more. She has had a passion for marketing since high school after working in her family’s small business.

Nicole graduated from Central Connecticut State University’s AACSB Accredited School of Business, where she founded CCSU’s first Women’s Club Soccer team. In her spare time, Nicole enjoys baking and cooking new recipes she finds scrolling through social media, and stays active through running and cycling, or walking her dog.
